Happened at the Phnom Penh Era Hotel, the official launch of the digital platform "Citizens' Comments (yobol.org)" was organized by the CPDD and UNDP Cambodia and was attended by the Embassy of Japan in Cambodia, National Committee for Sub-National Democratic Development, CPDD members, the yobol.org ambassador, and other key stakeholders.
Noteworthy is the Yobol.org online website, which enables citizens to quickly and easily provide feedback on their experiences using public health services. Filling out the digital form based on their individual experiences, each and every citizen answers questions about health services. All of the information collected from the responses is kept confidential, and after review, it will be reported to the relevant authorities for positive rectification.
