Vision
RAO want to see Cambodia become a State with a rule of law, children and women living in good conditions, rural communities having food security, good law enforcement, social justice and non- violence in society.
Mission
RAO strives to protect children and women from trafficking, sexual abuse and domestic violence. RAO also works towards preventing these activities through education with the provision of community legal training and the alleviation of poverty through credit schemes crating the capacity to use natural Compost fertilizer and cow banks.
