Background
Promvhihearthor Organization is a local non-governmental organization established on January 1, 2000, and officially registered on July 26, 2001, with the Ministry of Interior (No. 771.S.Ch.N). The organization aims to assist vulnerable communities by promoting self-reliance through capacity building, livelihood improvement, environmental protection, and the strengthening of community-based organizations (CBOs). We provide technical training and resources to empower individuals to participate in decision-making processes, advocate for their rights, and improve their living conditions.

Promvihearthor wants to see Cambodia becoming a democratic country and cooperative on developing work management for efficiency by transparency, fairness accountability to strengthen peace, promote the economy, and environmental well-being by sustainability.

To cooperate with national and international organizations, relevant institutions, and authorities to develop poor communities toward progress in all sectors for target groups by sustainability.
