Help The Old Age and Most Vulnerable Organization (HOM) is non-government organization , and non-profit organization established on September 13, 1999, and registered with the Ministry of Interior of the Kingdom of Cambodia on February 4, 2004.
Active, contribute to the reduction of poverty to the maximum, develop the awareness of rural communities, improve the quality of livelihood with sustainability and dignity.
Work with poor and vulnerable people, especially women, children and youth, to improve their livelihoods with ownership through sustainable agriculture program which is resistant to climate change, micro-credit, DRR, women’s rights, gender tasks, HRBA, public education with equal quality and various knowledge.
