Background
FAEC Cambodia was officially registered on January 17, 2019, with the Ministry of Interior (MOI) of the Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC). The organization aligns with the law on association and non-governmental organizations that was adopted on July 13, 2015. Although FAEC Cambodia was established in 2009, its new by-law, which was approved in 2019, was deposited with the MOI and is strictly complied with. In case of any changes, FAEC Cambodia must report to the MOI.
