Since registering with the Cambodian Ministry of Interior (MOI) in 2010, CISA has accumulated projects empowering Cambodian youths – particularly unemployed youths and young entrepreneurs, with a focus on women and ethnic minorities including the indigenous Cham – through diverse initiatives ranging from capacity building and education to communication bridging and policy advocacy with sub-national, national and regional governments and relevant stakeholders.
