CPDD Coalition Hosts Meeting in Siem Reap on Citizens' Feedback on Public Health Experience

On November 20, 2024, the CPDD Coalition hosted a significant meeting in Siem Reap Province focused on "Citizens' Feedback on Public Health Experience." The session brought together key officials from Siem Reap Municipality to engage in a thorough review and validation of the public feedback submitted through Yobol.org, a platform designed to encourage civic participation and transparency.

The meeting’s main objectives were to analyze the data collected from citizens regarding their public health experiences, offering an in-depth understanding of the challenges and successes faced by the community in accessing and utilizing healthcare services. Officials and stakeholders reviewed the feedback to ensure its accuracy and relevance, aiming to create a comprehensive picture of public health service delivery in the region.

A key part of the meeting was dedicated to identifying actionable suggestions and providing input on ways to expand and improve healthcare provision. Participants discussed policy decisions that could be influenced by the gathered feedback, focusing on how to enhance the quality, accessibility, and efficiency of public health services for all citizens. The conversation also included discussions on specific cooperative actions that could be taken by both municipal and provincial authorities, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders to improve the public delivery of health services.
