The Coalition for Partnership in Democratic Development (CPDD), formerly known as the Working Group for Partnership in Decentralization (WGPD), is a leading civil society coalition network that serves as the representative of civil society organizations (CSOs) from across Cambodia. The CPDD acts as a bridge builder between CSOs and Governments to deepen democratic development reform in the country. The CPDD’s efforts include coordinating collective CSO evident-based recommendations at the D&D technical working group, representing CSOs at Development Partners (DPs) meetings, organizing diverse national stakeholders' dialogues to give feedback to the governments/public, and promoting field learning by engaging both CSOs and governments. The CPDD is the only NGO network that focuses explicitly on sub-national democratic development (SNDD) reform.
The CPDD will recruit a technical advisor (freelance consultant) to provide technical support to review our strategic directions 2021-2030 (Vision 2030). The specific tasks may include but not limited to
