Krom Akphiwat Phum (KAWP) is the Cambodian Non-Governmental Organization that localized from an Australian International organization namely OSB (Overseas Service Bureau). OSB operated the project called rebuilding local community in Battambang during 1992 to 1995. The project responded to the real community needs and building capacity of Cambodian staff in order they are able to manage the organization by themselves. The Cambodian staff capacity was growing and a Cambodian Non-Governmental Organization namely KAWP was established and registered with Cambodian Ministry of Interior in March 15, 1995.
