Independent Democratic of Informal Economy Association (IDEA) is a non-governmental organization established by taxi drivers, tricycle, taxi drivers, small business owners, and small restaurant workers on April 30, 2005. It was registered and recognized by Ministry of Interior on 18 April, 2006 with registration Letter No.479 N. IDEA

All citizens live in a society by justice, professional work, respect for human rights, social protection, and develop progress in Cambodian society, which is an important task.
Mission
Gathering to compile the capacity building , advocate for conflict resolution and increase revenue to informal workers so that they can live in optimal canditions and dignity. Coexistence peacefully for social accountability and development in its community

Democratic Association of Independent Democracy of Informal Economy is such - Compiled workers out of the system for a single voice - Capacity building to informal workers - Conflict Resolution for workers outside the system - Advocates for the fundamental right to freedom and justice - Protect the rights and interests of all citizens.
Goal
All members have the skills and the ability to advocate peacefully to demand their rights and for human dignity, freedom, democracy and guarantee compatibility to live with respect to their place of work.
