Phnom Penh: Wednesday 9 September , 2026. The Coalition for Partnership in Democratic Development (CPDD), in collaboration with the General Department of Identification and the Phnom Penh Capital Administration, organized a reflection meeting. Participants included representatives from relevant ministries, the Phnom Penh Capital Administration, Sangkats from Chbar Ampov and Por Senchey districts, health centers, civil society organizations, and other stakeholders—totaling 35 participants, including 13 women.
The meeting aimed to review progress, experiences, and lessons learned from the implementation of the SBCC strategy, as well as to share experiences and best practices at the local level. Additionally, the meeting addressed implementation challenges and solutions, the development of a follow-up action plan and priorities for 2027, and the provision of technical and resource support to further strengthen SBCC outreach and civil registration services. Participants also shared their experiences in implementing SBCC activities and discussed gaps identified during field implementation and outreach to residents in the respective villages and communes.
